TCEP is used in plastic and rubber production for inflaming retarding and plasticization.As inflaming retardant,it is widely used in poly (vinyl chloride),Soft/Hard poly amino resin,Acetic cellulose,Ethyl/nitro cellulose Lacquer, refractory rubber and rubber conveyor belt. It improves water resistance, weather resistance ,cold resistance and antistatics.Normal amount to add:5-10 units. Hard polyamino resin LOI up to 26. It is also used as additive in lubricant ion oil and gasoline ,coolant for Mg.
Tri-chloroethyl phosphate TCEP flame retardant Product use :
This Tri-chloroethyl phosphate is combined with phosphorus and chlorine, phosphates, and thus has a good flame retardant plastics, rubber products and plasticizing properties, this product at home and abroad, is widely used as flame retardant PVC, soft, polyurethane rigid foam, cellulose acetate, Nitrocellulose paint, ethyl cellulose paint and flame retardant in rubber, rubber conveyor belts. Products available with self-extinguishing, weather resistance, cold resistance, anti-static, soft to the touch, adding 5~10. Polyurethane rigid foam flame retardant index (LOI) up to 26. Also can be used as extreme pressure additive of lubricating oil, gas paint additive, hot coolant and metal magnesium.
